Our History

Our operational history began with DKSH establishing a commercial solutions business in China in 1996. DKSH, founded in 1865 with a traditional Swiss background, has deep roots in the Asia Pacific region and a long-standing history in cross-border medical device business in Asia.

Born and grew up as a member of DKSH for over a decade before the Warburg Pincus Acquisition, we earned industry-wide recognition, unparalleled expertise, and unique insights into the high-value medical device industry.

Certifications

In terms of legal and compliance aspects, HTDK possesses comprehensive industry qualifications, including Class III and Class II medical device operation licenses, third-party medical device logistics service qualification, and a hazardous chemicals operation license.

The company is recognized as the Regional Headquarters of Multinational Corporations in Shanghai, a Demonstration Enterprise of International Trade Distribution Center in Shanghai, and the first pharmaceutical logistics enterprise in the Waigaoqiao Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Additionally, the company has passed numerous international standard certifications, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Dun & Bradstreet Certification, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, GDP, GMP, GOP, and EcoVadis.
